Our name, Fit
for Life, Physical Therapy was selected by owner,
Russ Poker, P.T. to reflect our desire to help our clients maintain their maximum level of fitness throughout their lives.
Whether you are young or old and whether you are the serious
completive athlete, or the weekend warrior, physical
fitness is important.

All aspects of our life, such as cleaning the yard,
shoveling the snow or playing with our children or grandchildren require us to be physically fit in order to maintain the quality of life we choose to enjoy.
